UV Lamp Accelerated Aging Test Chamber Application
The ultraviolet light of the UV lamp can reproduce the effects of sunlight, and the condensation and water spray system can reproduce the effects of rain and dew.The radiation energy and temperature can be controlled throughout the test cycle.The typical test cycle is usually ultraviolet light irradiation at high temperatures and relative humidity in the 100% dark moisture condensation cycle.Typical applications is in paint coating, automotive industry, plastic products, wood products, glue, etc.
UV Lamp Accelerated Aging Test Chamber Features:
1. UV aging test machine can do two kinds of testing: aging and anti-yellowing.
2. Aging: the machine can promote the increase of sulfur rubber deterioration, to calculate the change rate of tensile and elongation before and after heat. It’s generally thought that test for one day at 70°C, in theory as exposed to the atmosphere for 6 months.
3. Anti-yellowing: the machine stimulate the atmosphere environment, driven by the sun ultraviolet radiation. It’s generally thought that the appearance change at 50°C for 9 hours, in theory as exposed to atmosphere for 6 months.
4. Light and condensation can be independently and alternately controlled;
5. Inner chamber material is made of fully welded SUS 304 stainless steel;
6. Heating mode: internal water tank heating , heating rate is very quick and temperature is evenly distributed;
7. Touch screen controller with RS232 port;
8. Imported UVA or UVB lamps
